recipe

Working hours:     10 mins

Dough:

250 g       Wheat flour (Type 405)

2 - 3 tbsp    Sugar

2 TL         baking powder

1 pinch     Salt

2 pcs        Eggs (size M)

200 ml     milk

Garnish:

Fresh fruit (raspberries, strawberries, ...)

maple syrup

Preparation:

If you like really fluffy pancakes, separate the eggs first and only mix the egg yolks with the sugar until it is foamy. The egg whites are beaten to semi-stiff peaks and only then carefully fold into the batter.

The batter in the pan of bothpages fry until the pancakes are golden brown.

At thedearest serviere  I serve them with fresh fruit and maple syrup.
