
- 250 g (or 2 cups) white flour
- 3 eggs
- 1/2L (or 2 cups) milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter or shortening
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, eggs.
- Mix milk little by little until you have a fluid batter without lump.
- Let stand two hours.
Drop the mixture at a time in well greased frying pan ( You can use salt better for real "Bretagne" tast) , spreading the mixture by a turning movement in the frying pan until it starts to thicken. 1 minute each side.
You can eat it, with sugar, jelly, chocolate, banana, ...
